When asked this interview question, it’s always a good idea to answer with a firm, “No.” When you are looking for a job, you need to show that you can get along with anyone. To top it off, you need to actually be able to get along with them. The office is full of diverse personalities and working together is expected. Saying that you can’t get along with a particular kind of person shows that you will probably be difficult to work with.
